This form is to book a free photoshoot, please consider I get far more requests than I could ever actually shoot. I tend to do the more creative fun shoots before others.

To be able to plan our shoot I need to see a full length picture of you, this must be recent.

Levels You Want to Shoot At

As a professional photographer I shoot all types of images up and including artistic nudes. To protect both myself and my models I require clear direction on the type of shoot you want and the levels you are willing to work at.

I will never force you into an uncomfortable situation, I am a professional and will always act accordingly. To make sure we both understand the type of images we will be producing please indicate the levels you are happy to model to. You can always move down levels on the day but you will not be able to work higher (Eg. Nude) if you do not specify that now.
